The Wilf Ward Family Trust, a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity, is governed by a Board of Trustees, the company’s Board of Directors.

The Board’s role is to set the Trust’s strategic direction, monitor how well the Trust is achieving its objectives, vision and purpose, uphold its values and, advise and support the Chief Executive. Ultimately the Board is responsible for the management and conduct of the Trust.
