The Trust has been running for 21 years and now provides a range of services for children, young people and adults with disability or health needs. 

Over the last few years the Trust has undergone tremendous expansion and the demand for our top quality services remains high. We are continuing to grow and offer our Services Users and their families the very best support.

Included in our services for children, young people and adults, we provide community support services, holiday activities, residential care, supported accommodation, day services, respite and community-based services across North and West Yorkshire as well as the East Riding of Yorkshire. The Trust also provides a direct payment support agency role for individuals in receipt of Direct Payments and can also put packages of care and/or support together for people now in receipt Individualised Budgets.

The Trust is also working with other vulnerable groups within the community and developing schemes to support older people with dementia and rapid response homecare to prevent hospitalisation or to assist on hospital rehabilitation. 

Our ethos is to help people lead independent and fulfilling lives in their community.

We are now a major employer in social care in the region with more 1,000 staff and offering jobs and careers as Support Workers and Managers in more than 70 schemes and services - with new locations being continuously created.

We currently operate schemes and services in the following areas: Pickering, York, Leeds, Scarborough, Filey, Ripon, Norton, Malton, Selby, Bramham, Tadcaster, Hull, Howden, Thirsk, Beverley, Tadcaster, Walkington, Wetherby, Northallerton, Harrogate, Whitby, Knaresborough, Market Weighton, Goole and Boston Spa.
